Further Images from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators
Development plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this new document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key labelling distinct sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
More materials made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
