Relatives of a minor who sustained severe harm after getting pushed from the top floor of the Tate Modern have announced their "little knight" has accomplished his goal of succeeding to run, jump, and swim anew.

The French child was six years old when he was thrown from a ledge by a teenager, then 17.

The boy, who was traveling with the family in the summer of 2019 when assaulted, endured a 100ft fall but received permanent injuries, like a brain hemorrhage and fractures.

Relatives said in an news on a donation page, they were happy that he had been successful to advance with his running, jumping and swimming before his upcoming surgery.

"He doesn't perform like kids his age, certainly, but we are unable to explain his movements in another manner than by saying it's running, jumping, and swimming."

"It's distinct, just for a couple of yards or a minimal elevation, but it's an incredible achievement."

The child, who passed months in ICU, has continued to build mental stamina.

His family stated although his recollection capacity were yet quite restricted, they were effective and advancing, so he was "developing a general knowledge at his own pace, which more and more permits him to be included with other children."

The family continued: "Additionally, he is growing up, and because of his work with the physical therapist, he now enables himself to rest."

"After multiple step-by-step training sessions, they finally completed their 150-minute trip. They arrived home tired but thrilled. Mission accomplished."

After a legal proceeding at the court, the teenager was found guilty of attempted murder and was jailed in the year 2020 for a minimum of fifteen years.
